Switch between board views

Here's a rewritten version of your help article for Anywhere, presented in a semi-formal, conversational, and straightforward tone:

Changing Your Board View in Anywhere

In Anywhere, you have the flexibility to view your board data in different ways, either as a Table or as a Chart. It's easy, and it only takes a few clicks!

Before You Begin

Before you can switch views, make sure you have a board set up with various groups, tasks, and columns.

Here's How to Do It:

Start by navigating to the board with the data you want to view.

Hover your cursor over the "Table View" option, located just below your board's name.

Table View

Click on "Table View," and you'll see a dropdown with two options: "Table View" and "Chart View."

View Options

Note: By default, "Table View" is selected along with "All Data View" next to it.

Choose "Table View" and select either "All Data" or one of the custom filter views (if available) to see your board data in a tabular format.

Table Data

You're All Set!

You can now view your board data in a table format.

Pro Tip: You can also search for any custom smart views you've created using the "Search View" option available in "All Data."

Search Views

Similarly, you can switch to the Chart View to see your board data in a different perspective.

Switching to Chart View:

Choose "Chart View," and by default, "All Data" is selected in the "Select Views" type.

Chart View Options

You'll be taken to a page where you can select a chart view. Here, you can either choose an existing chart widget from the list or create a new one by clicking the "+" icon.

To learn how to create a new widget, visit our article here.

From the dropdown list, you can select any existing widgets or create a new one.

Select Chart Widget

Note: Depending on your widget selection, the Chart View can be displayed on your dashboard.
