Enhancing Task Descriptions with Links and Checklists

In Anywhere, you have the flexibility to enrich your task descriptions with links and checklists, making project management smoother and more efficient. Here's how you can do it in a few simple steps:

Adding a Checklist to Your Task Description
Accessing Task Details: Click on a task to open the detailed view.

Navigating to the Description Section: Head over to the description section and select the checklist option.

Creating a Checklist: A checkbox will appear in the description section. You can add items to your checklist one by one using the Enter key.

Marking Items as Completed: To mark an item as completed, simply tick the checkbox next to it. This will strike through the text, indicating its completion.

Incorporating Links into Your Task Description
Adding links to your task description can be done in two ways:

Direct Link Paste: Simply paste the copied link directly into the description section.

Creating Text Links:

Step 1: Write the text you want to turn into a link in the description section.

Step 2: Highlight the text and click on the link option.

Step 3: A window will pop up. Enter the URL and click the Save button.

Step 4: Your text is now a clickable link. You can click on it to open the link in various ways.

Editing or Removing Links
Editing a Link: To edit an existing link, click on the text link and select the Edit button. Enter the new URL and click Save to update.

Removing a Link: To revert a text link back to normal text, click on the text link and select the Remove button. The link will be removed, leaving plain text.
