How to Search Your Data in Project Board

In the course of managing your project, there might be instances where you need to retrieve past data from your board for various reasons such as gaining context on an issue, monitoring status trends, or locating specific tasks and their details. The Anywhere boards facilitate this through a keyword search feature. Here's how you can use it:

Steps to Search Your Data in a Board
Navigate to the Desired Board: First, make sure you are on the board where you want to conduct the search. You will find the search icon positioned at the top left corner of the screen.

Search Icon

Initiate the Search: Begin typing your keywords (e.g., 'Done') in the search bar. Once you've entered the necessary keywords, press the enter key to initiate the search.

Search Bar

View the Results: After hitting enter, the relevant data matching your search query will be displayed on the screen.

Tip
Case Sensitivity: The keyword search is not case-sensitive, meaning searches for "done" and "DONE" will yield the same results.
Resetting the Search: If you wish to revert to viewing all the data, simply clear the text you entered in the search bar. This will automatically display all the data on the board again.

Conclusion
Searching for specific data on your project board is a straightforward process with the Anywhere boards. We trust that this guide has equipped you with the knowledge to efficiently search your board data. Your feedback is valuable to us, so please let us know your thoughts on this feature.

Happy searching!
