Create a new project board by copying an existing one

Hey there! Did you know that you can now effortlessly duplicate an existing board? This nifty feature allows you to set up a board as a template and reuse it for every new customer, saving you time and effort. Here's how you can do it:

Step into Your Workspace: Start by navigating to the 'Workspaces' screen.
Choose Your Board: Hover over the board you wish to copy.
Access Board Options: Click on the board options, represented by 3 vertical dots, located near a board or subboard.

Initiate Copy: Select the 'Copy Board' option to proceed.
Customize Your Copy: You'll be greeted with a 'Copy Board' screen where you can:

Choose the workspace for the new board.

Note that the source board name is pre-selected for you.

Select the board type and data options that suit your needs.
Save Your New Board: Once you're happy with your selections, click on the 'Save' button to create your new board.


Save Board

Voila! You've successfully created a new board based on an existing one.

Choose the "Copy Board Data" option to copy Tasks, comments, automation, sub tasks from the source project to new project as it is.
You can create a copy of a subboard, but changing the workspace for it isn't possible.
Unfortunately, the embed widget won't be copied when using the 'Copy Board' option.
