Managing Workspace Permission Settings
Admins have the flexibility to manage workspace permissions in two distinct ways: either by assigning permissions based on roles or by customizing permissions for individual users. Here's a detailed guide on how to navigate both methods:
Method 1: Setting Permissions Based on Roles
Navigate to the Administration Tab: Start by going to the Administration tab and selecting the Role tab within it.
Select a Role: Choose any role (except the "Guest" role) and click on the Action button next to it.

Edit Role Permissions: Click on the Edit option that appears, and then switch to the Permission tab.
Configure Workspace Permissions: In the Permission page, configure the workspace permissions as per the requirements of the selected role. Once done, click the Save button to apply the changes.

Automatic Permission Assignment: After configuring the settings, any user created under this role will automatically have the workspace permissions as defined in the settings.

Navigate to the User's Page: Go to the User's page, select a user, and click on the Action button next to their name. Choose the Permission option from the dropdown menu.

Customize User Permissions: The permission page for the selected user will open. Here, the admin can customize both workspace and other permissions for the user. Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Resetting Special Permissions: If needed, the admin can reset the special permissions assigned to a user by clicking the Reset Permission button.

Reverting to Role-Based Permissions: Using the Reset Permission button will deactivate any special permissions assigned to the user, reverting them back to the permissions defined by their role.
