Moving a sub-board as a parent board

Indeed, transforming a sub-board into a parent board is just as easy as flipping a switch. Let's dive into this swift process:

How to Convert a Sub-Board into a Parent Board:

  1. First, locate the sub-board you want to elevate within the same Workspace or move it to a different one.
  2. Now, it's as simple as drag-and-drop. Grab that sub-board and place it where you desire.
  3. As you drop it, a friendly confirmation pop-up will appear, asking if you're sure you want to turn this sub-board into a parent board. You'll have the options "Yes" and "No" at your disposal.

  4. You know what to do next, right? Click on "Yes."

And that's it! Your sub-board has now graduated to become a parent board.

A Couple of Notes Before You Go:
  5. Access Type Matters: Please note that only boards with the same access type can be transformed from a sub-board to a parent board. Keep it consistent!
  6. Dependency Column: Boards with a dependency column cannot be shifted as parent or sub-boards of others. Keep an eye out for this limitation.
