Setting Task Reminders

Staying on top of your tasks is crucial for project management. With Anywhere's task reminders, you can ensure that you never miss a deadline or forget an important task. Whether it's based on a specific schedule or certain conditions, setting up reminders is a breeze.

How to Set Up Task Reminders:

Accessing the Reminder Option:
Navigate to the task for which you want to set a reminder.
Hover over the task to reveal the Bell icon, which represents reminders.
Click on the Bell icon to open the reminder settings.

Choosing the Reminder Type:
In the Set Reminder window, you'll see two options: Remind On (for specific schedules) and On Condition (based on certain conditions).
By default, Remind On is selected.

Setting a Scheduled Reminder:
Under Remind On, you can set reminders for Specific Dates, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
For a Specific Date, simply pick the desired date and time.
Decide how you want to receive the reminder: via web notification, email, or both.
You can also add a custom message for your reminder.
Determine the recipient of the reminder: Me (default), Selected People, or Assigned People (available in Pro+ plans).

Setting a Conditional Reminder:
If you choose On Condition, you'll be presented with various conditions and parameters.
Set the reminder based on your chosen conditions.
Just like with scheduled reminders, decide on the notification type and recipient.

Saving the Reminder:
Once you've configured your reminder settings, click the Save button.
The reminder will now be set, and you'll receive notifications based on your preferences.
