: Exploring Board Activity Logs in Anywhere
Boards are the heartbeat of Anywhere. They're your versatile tools for managing and tracking all sorts of information with ease.
As a member of your board, you have the power to peek behind the curtain and see the various actions taken on the board. This magic happens through the Board Activity tab tucked away in the Board Settings.
What's inside the Board Activity Logs?
Think of it as a history book for your board. It meticulously records every change made by any board user, including:
- Details on board setting updates.
- Deleted task records.
- Updates to the board's vocabulary.
- Changes in columns, whether added, edited, or deleted.
- And much more.
Here's your guide on accessing and reviewing these board logs:
Start by navigating to the board you want to investigate.
Look up at the top right corner, where you'll find the Board Options (3 vertical dots). Click on it.
The Board Options panel appears; now, choose Board Settings.
A flyover appears with various settings. Select the Board Activity tab.
Note: Admins will see a Board Settings tab as the first tab, while other users will see only Display Settings as the first tab.
Here you'll find a treasure trove of board activity details and logs.
_Note:_ You can see the exact date and time of each activity, along with the user details responsible for the actions.
