How to Start a One-on-One Chat in the Anywhere App

The Anywhere app offers a convenient way to have private one-on-one chats with your team members. Follow these simple steps to start a direct message conversation:

Step 1: Click on the chat icon located in the top right corner of the Anywhere app, next to your user profile.



Step 2: Enter the name of the team member you want to chat with and press the Enter key on your keyboard.



Step 3: Click on the "Add Friend" button.



Step 4: In the "Select a user" window, click on the "Select" button next to the user's name.



Step 5: Click on the name of the team member you've chosen in the previous step.



Step 6: Now, you can use the highlighted area to start your private chat with the selected team member. You can also share files, images, and links to your current page using the provided options.

Tip: The green dot next to a user's profile picture in the chat window indicates that they are online. This helps you see their status at a glance.

You can keep the chat window open by using the pin icon located in the top right corner of the chat window.
